REGISTRATION INFORMATION

Online registrations will close at 10am on the Wednesday leading into event day - or when sold out.

When you get to the event base on the Sunday morning, just head to one of the following places to pick up your race number with timing chip:

FULL 6 EVENT SERIES ENTRANTS - SERIES PASS REGISTRATION

If you've entered the whole Auckland Trail Series, on the morning of the your first event, simply head to the Series Registration tent to collect your race number. This is your race bib for the whole series, it is yours to look after and you need to remember to bring it with you to each event.

If you're changing distance this weekend speak to a staff member in your tent who will give you a new race number for your new distance. We recommend checking into this area at least 45 minutes prior to your scheduled start time.

INDIVIDUAL EVENT + 3 EVENT PASS ENTRANTS - PRE REGISTERED

If you've only entered one/a few of the events, please head to the main Registration tent to collect your race number. Registrations will be split alphabetically by surname e.g. A to G, H to O & P to Z.
This is your race number for this event only - you will require a new race number for each event you have entered.

We recommend arriving at least 45 minutes prior to your scheduled start time.

CAN I REGISTER ON THE DAY?

It is looking likely the 2026 Series will sell out each event so there will be no entries available on the day. Keep an eye on the page banner above to check if it is sold out.

RUNNERS AND WALKERS

You can choose to enter the Mid or Short courses as either a runner or a walker. The WALK category is for those who intend to walk 100% of the course. This is to allow our walkers to be competitive with each other. Walkers will start on a separate start horn 2mins after the run start.
If you intend to do a mix of walking and jogging/running please ensure you have selected the RUN category.

CUP FREE EVENTS

All our events are cup free in an effort to minimise our waste production. Please remember your reusable cup, hydration pack or water bottle to fill up! You can purchase a collapsible silicone water cup ($5) or soft flask ($10) at event base.

GEAR STORAGE

There will be a gear tent at event base for you to leave any essentials while you are out running. Please be mindful we have limited storage available so compact bags are appreciated. We will provide tags to label your bag.

PRIZE GIVING

We know your time is important, so we do not keep you hanging around for a prize giving at each event. Instead, what we do is give away our awesome stash of spot prizes randomly as people cross the line.

Following the Auckland Trail Run & Walk Series, we will have a very relaxed prize giving night at a local bar.

We will be awarding trophies to Male/Female Age Group winners in each category and of course our Team Challenge winners! But prize giving is not all about the winners, come along and grab a beer or a bite to eat, and catch up with your extended Auckland Trail Series family!

WHEN: TBC
WHERE: The Good Home, Mt Eden Phone: 09-630 7740
TIME: We’ll kick off proceedings at 6:30pm, but you are welcome to get in any time to grab a drink and/or dinner!

An area of tables will be reserved specifically for our use, so if you would like to reserve a table for your party to eat on the night get in touch with the venue and be sure to mention the Auckland Trail Series Prize Giving.
